These birch 5x7" to 6.5" speaker adapters allow you to mount a 6.5" speaker into the factory location of most vehicles. These were originally designed for use with our Hybrid Audio Technologies 6.5" speaker sets in the newer Ford F series trucks without any drilling or cutting of the vehicle. They bolt into the same holes as the factory speaker and have the proper depth to clear any door mechanicals and the interior door panel. They will work in many other vehicles, although we are not able to test fit them for depth and other possible issues.  The speaker is designed to be recessed in the mount and has a diameter of 6.5" OD which is perfect for any of the Hybrid Audio Technologies speakers (Clarus C61-2v2 shown in 2010 F250), however other speakers may have a larger OD than this and not fit. Please check your specifications and contact us if you need something custom made.

They are made from 3/4" birch plywood which is rigid and resists moisture. These will not warp like many of the other adaptors available from other vendors.
