Grey matchning BMW trunk carpet for older BMW E39, E36, E46 and other series. Does not match E90, E92 E60 or newer models. We searched long and hard to find this matching carpet. It is unbacked and quite stretchable. Perfect for speaker boxes, amplifier racks and other projects. It also matches many other European cars. It comes 52" wide by however many yards you require. BMW Trunk Carpet for E46
This carpet is by far one of the closet matches I could find for the E46. Very easy to work with when covering new panels or sub enclosures.
BMW Trunk Carpet
The carpet is pretty tough stuff. It does not have a backing, which makes it easy to bend around box corners, but don't put too much glue on or it will show through. You're safe with 3M spray 77 or 90 glue. It also shows if you have box seams that don't line up very well (auto carpet will cover those better). The mottled color will hide stains and match a variety of grays pretty well, but not exactly. I would have rated this higher if I knew it wasn't intended to be a match for my E39. It is unclear which trunk carpet type this is a match for, but that would be good to indicate on the listing.
